Key job responsibilities- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex network infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, technical requirements, and business timelines
- Serve as the central point of coordination between network engineering, security, operations, facilities, and external vendors to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless collaboration across all phases of network development projects.
- Proactively identify technical and operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement governance frameworks that ensure network programs are delivered on time and in compliance with security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Establish and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project health and delivery milestones—leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement across the networking portfolio.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Compensation& Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
