Technical Writer – Go-to-Market (B2B Sales Content)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to develop clear, compelling, and commercially effective go-to-market (GTM) sales content for our B2B product and solutions portfolio.

This role requires someone who can translate complex enterprise and technical concepts into persuasive, business-friendly messaging that enables sales, product marketing, and customer-facing teams.

You will create sales collateral, product narratives, and technical documentation for enterprise solutions involving order management, contract lifecycle, quote-to-cash, APIs, and platform workflows

The ideal candidate combines technical depth, storytelling ability, and B2B sales content experience

• Create sales collateral: one-pagers, product briefs, playbooks, and sales guides
• Develop value propositions, competitive positioning, and customer stories
• Translate technical workflows into business-friendly messaging
• Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and executive-level materials

• Produce structured documentation for enterprise capabilities

• Order capture and provisioning
• Billing and renewals
• Contract lifecycle
• API integrations
• Work with SMEs, architects, and product managers

• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Participate in demos, design sessions, and technical deep dives

• Manage content calendars and version control
• Ensure brand and compliance standards
• Identify content gaps across the sales cycle

✅ Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a:

• Technical Writer
• Content Strategist
• Product Marketing Writer
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Telecom, Enterprise Software, or Technology
• Proven experience creating GTM and sales enablement content

Strong understanding of:

• Order & Offer Management
• Contract Lifecycle Management
• Quote-to-Cash processes
• APIs and system integrations
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong SME interviewing and collaboration skills
