• Need at least 10 years of experience in handling Sterling Integrator, Sterling File gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy and Control Center with production support Administration experience.

• Resolve file transfer failures in Production and close GSEP (Service Now) Tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Partner connectivity and file transfer issues.
• Handling rotational Oncall support, daily team meetings and project meetings.
• Support special requests from customers about all file transfers.
• Review/approve move sheets for Production moves from Implementation team.
• Creat ing and configuring SFG/SI artifacts such as Partner, Templates, channels, BPs, SSH Keys etc.
• Update custom tables which contain partner specific information to pull and push files.
• Import and Configure SSL root/inter certs in Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Update Active Directory for new users with SSL cert CN.
• Setting up rules and actions in SCCM (Control center) for critical failures, send SNMP traps and email notifications for critical failures.
• Updating property files like  and Boeing config files as needed.
• Teaching Ops team members and connection analysts on queries related to file transfer.
• Helping infrastructure team for File Gateway patches and ifixes such as doing softstop, hardstop and perform rolling restart of nodes.
