Overview

Job Description for Mule Soft Success Architect  are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and seek a candidate who will drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging technical expertise in integration and API best practices.

• Become a Mule Soft subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Mule Soft.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Mule Soft customers.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.

As a Mule Soft Success Architect, you will influence customers' success and the growth of Salesforce by shaping technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for Signature Success customers, leveraging Mule Soft analytics to deliver value and drive customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions, contributing to the collective success of our teams.

• A broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
• Significant experience as a Mule Soft practitioner with hands-on experience in large-scale integration deployments.
• Recognized and certified Mule Soft expert with deep understanding of the Anypoint Platform (capabilities, limitations, design, and roadmap).
• Expert domain knowledge in performance, scaling, Dev Ops and containerization including working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure to uncover technical needs and make recommendations for improvement across lines of business using the Mule Soft platform and supporting applications.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, guiding customers through optimization and migration.
• Ability to serve as a Trusted Advisor, engaging with Enterprise Architects, CTOs/CIOs, and Business Stakeholders on enterprise architecture functions such as security, performance, development process, and application governance.
• Ability to mentor diverse teams using influence and adaptive communication strategies.
• Comfortable multitasking across parallel work streams and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to learn quickly, debate approaches, and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent written, presentation and overall communication skills.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.

• Familiarity with micro-services, cloud architecture and considerations for on-prem vs hybrid vs cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting/troubleshooting scaling and performance issues related to integration across distributed systems.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, public speaking and similar activities.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role such as a professional services consultant/architect, solutions architect or customer success role is a plus.
