Seeking an M365 Hands-On Architect for direct employment with our growing team. This role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with an emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.

• Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Support and implement solutions in M365
  GCC environments
  .
• Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, Power Platform).
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and client‑facing support throughout projects.

• 7+ years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 experience.
• Background with GCC or GCC High.
• Proven experience with T2T migrations.
• SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity.
• Power Platform hands‑on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally).
• Solid M365 identity, security, and Power Shell skills.

• Microsoft certifications (MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.).
• Consulting experience.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
