Business Intelligence Engineer – Reporting & Data Visualization

Overview

Inte Pros is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer I to support the development of mandated reporting solutions. This role focuses on architecting and building scalable reporting platforms, designing data visualizations, and translating business requirements into intuitive dashboards and analytics tools. The ideal candidate brings strong data visualization expertise, experience working with cloud-based reporting platforms, and the ability to collaborate with multiple technical teams to deliver effective reporting solutions.

• Architect and design scalable reporting solutions
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to support mandated reporting
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting designs
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks and data models

• Create clear, intuitive dashboards using AWS Quick Sight (preferred) or Tableau
• Ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency of reporting outputs
• Optimize reporting performance and user experience

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business needs into functional reporting solutions
• Share insights and collaborate across teams while operating independently

• Strong data visualization expertise
• Experience with AWS (Quick Sight preferred; Tableau acceptable)
• Ability to architect and design reporting platforms

• Program management experience
• Experience working in highly regulated or mandated reporting environments

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
