As a SAP Technical Program Manager within the Governance team, you will oversee complex SAP initiatives, coordinating engineering, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions. The Governance team includes basis, security, compliance, automation and performance testing, data governance, change and release management.

• Lead major initiatives such as support pack application/testing, SAP application upgrades, HANA database upgrades, and migration to NS2 RISE.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT testing, enforce quality gate checks, and ensure release management reviews/sign offs are completed.
• Work closely with basis to confirm disaster recovery, complete system refreshes, and coordinate monthly maintenance windows.

Your daily activities will involve stepping into key team interactions, managing cross-functional project coordination, and ensuring seamless SAP solution integration across the Governance model.

The Governance team includes basis, security, compliance, automation and performance testing, data governance, and change and release management. The TPM’s main focus is on basis requirements, with touchpoints across all teams operating under the governance model.

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years in basis or database management.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience.

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Worked on large scale S4
  
  HANA systems.
• Experience with NS2 RISE or Infrastructure as a Service.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
