Technical Writer

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Writer with recent Atlassian Confluence experience to support a large accounting organization in Bellevue. This role will focus on organizing, standardizing, and improving internal documentation to ensure content is searchable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

• Manage and organize documentation within Atlassian Confluence
• Consolidate and migrate documents from multiple platforms including Confluence, Box, Microsoft Office files, and PDFs
• Improve documentation structure, usability, and consistency
• Partner with internal teams to gather and update content
• Support documentation best practices and process improvements

• 3+ years of technical writing or documentation management experience
• Recent hands‑on Atlassian Confluence experience within the last 2 years required
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Experience managing documentation across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and PDF workflows
• Experience with tools like Scribe or Rovo is a plus
