We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, strategy, and execution of enterprise CRM solutions that directly impact member experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

This is not a passive architecture role. We are looking for a driver
. Someone who owns outcomes, influences executive stakeholders, and ensures that solutions are not only well-designed, but successfully delivered and adopted.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with executive presence, strategic thinking, and a bias for action
.

• Own end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules)
• Translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the platform
• Lead system design across integrations, data models, security, and environments

• Take full ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and drive resolution before they become issues
• Push initiatives forward across cross-functional teams, removing blockers and ensuring momentum
• Hold teams accountable to timelines, quality, and business objectives

• Engage with senior leadership to shape vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, executive-ready manner
• Influence decision-making with data, experience, and strong point of view
• Build trust quickly and operate as a strategic advisor, not just a technical resource

• Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data platforms, APIs)
• Design data models and governance frameworks aligned with healthcare and compliance requirements
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture

• Continuously evaluate system performance, usability, and adoption
• Identify and drive improvements that enhance business value and user experience
• Champion automation, AI, and platform capabilities to increase efficiency

• 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture, with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Deep expertise in:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Strong understanding of data architecture, security models, and governance
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare experience strongly preferred)

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation includes medical, vision, and dental benefits.
