At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact.
We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
One of the key pillars of Snowflake's platform is our commitment to Effortless Operations at Scale
. As our customers evolve from startups into global data empires, we don't just provide tools-we provide the intelligent orchestration layer that allows a unified portfolio of accounts to act as a single, unified organism.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative within the Global Scale & Control team. Your mission is to build the "Cognitive Layer" of the Snowflake agentic Meta-Model: the orchestration framework that ensures a customer's 1,000th account is as easy to discover, govern, and orchestrate as their first. We are pushing the boundaries of what effortless operations means in the world of AI, building the first "self-driving" enterprise management experience.
InThis Role, You Will:
- Infuse Agentic Orchestration: Define how AI agents and automated workflows proactively resolve "scale friction"-optimizing global spend, security postures, and resource distribution across thousands of accounts.
- Architect the Expansion Engine: Own the product strategy and "Meta-Model" architecture that allows customers to double their Snowflake footprint without doubling their operational overhead.
- Drive 0-to-1 Evolution: Lead the transition from ambiguous, portfolio-wide problem statements to a v1 launch of a centralized platform command center.
- Set the "Orgs-First" Standard: Act as the primary cross-functional catalyst, influencing roadmaps company-wide to ensure every new Snowflake feature is natively compatible with a multi-account, agentic fabric.
- Engineer the Enterprise
Experience:
Collaborate with CTOs and Lead Platform Architects at our largest customers to validate that our orchestration layer empowers them to move at the speed of thought, not the speed of infrastructure. - Eliminate Growth Friction: Identify and dismantle the technical and architectural hurdles that prevent customers from scaling, turning "Ease of Use" into a measurable competitive advantage.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
, with a focused 3+ year track record in Cloud Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, or IaaS/PaaS solutions. - AI/ML Literacy: You understand how to apply AI tools to enable new customer experiences and solve operational problems.
- Systems Thinking: You excel at decomposing "architectural spaghetti" into clean, scalable hierarchies. You are comfortable discussing API contracts, multi-tenant models, and global state.
- A Growth Mindset: You view "Ease of Use" as a competitive advantage that drives platform expansion. You are obsessed with removing the technical hurdles that prevent customers from scaling.
- 0-to-1 Mastery: You have successfully taken complex infrastructure products from a whiteboard concept to a high-scale production environment.
- Technical Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $287,500.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program;
and other company benefits.
