Role Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) IT Project Manager to support large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
This role will work closely with internal leadership to drive change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of IT programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute end-to-end OCM strategies for enterprise IT initiatives
Partner with internal change leadership and project teams to align change plans with business goals
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies
Design and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance effectively
Track change metrics, adoption rates, and overall program effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units
Support large-scale transformation programs with a structured, strategic approach

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and IT Project Management
Strong background in utilities and IT environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with large technology organizations
Background transitioning from large enterprises to smaller companies or startups
Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments

Additional Notes:

This role will support enterprise change functions alongside internal teams and other contractors
Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid team model with both full-time employees and contract staff
