Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Helpdesk Technician opportunity.

• Utilizing existing and creating new Internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution
• Active Directory Account maintenance
• Managing access to internal and external collaboration spaces
• PC Lifecycle Management
• Inventory Receiving, & Tracking
• Fulfil software requests
• Business travel support
• Demonstrate and assist with remote access to Company resources
• Support users at Bellevue and Everett location.
• Assisting with onboarding as assigned.

• Calm in stressful situations and able to think through those situations to find the best outcome

• Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.

• Pay Rate Range: $33-35/hr (Pay rates are approved based on candidate location, education and experience).
