Description

Join Amazon's NA Grocery Delivery team as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑impact projects that shape the long‑term performance and resilience of last‑mile delivery operations. This role will be focused on strategic initiatives for grocery delivery, including strategic planning, risk mitigation, financial analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize delivery in diverse environments.

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will shape Grocery Delivery's Delivery strategy, focusing on navigating complex challenges involving operational resilience, financial optimization and scoping innovative and untested solutions to optimize our last‑mile delivery network. This role will own delivering high‑impact projects to find solutions across multiple last‑mile grocery delivery formats, inclusive of micromobility strategy, delivery speed optimization, and operational implementation of new delivery offerings.

In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Routing & Topology, technical partners, finance, and e‑commerce teams across all phases of projects from kickoff to completion.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize last‑mile delivery operations across multiple grocery delivery formats.

  • Own high‑impact projects that drive operational resilience and financial performance improvements.

  • Conduct financial analysis and develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects from concept through implementation.

  • Identify risks and develop strategies to enhance network performance and business continuity.

  • Communicate effectively and report progress across all layers of the organization, inclusive of senior leadership updates.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
