We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. No desk here!Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.
Customer Experience & CommunicationAs the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
Education & Technical ExpertiseIn addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus one year of related experience, or a high-school diploma or GED plus three years’ work experience, would be required.

To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.

SONIFI pays a competitive salary for this role based on a variety of factors including location, experience, education, specialty, and training. The pay range for this position generally starts at $25–$32 per hour and will be set based on a variety of factors. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
