Senior Kafka Engineer - Event Systems Python​/Java

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with strong expertise in Kafka, Python/Java, UNIX/Linux, REST APIs, and CI/CD to build scalable, real-time, event-driven systems.

Must Have Skills:

Python or Java (OOP)

REST APIs & Microservices

SQL & Observability Tools (Splunk/Grafana/App Dynamics)

Experience with AI productivity tools like Claude/Cursor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Kafka-based event-driven architectures

• Automate workflows using Bash scripting

• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments

• Drive technical excellence across architecture, testing, and production support
