Marketing Campaign Manager

Core Responsibilities Campaign Design & Execution

• Partner with PMs to define campaign objectives, audience strategy, surfaces, and success metrics
• Translate requirements into end-to-end campaign configurations, including setup, targeting, segmentation, placements, and experimentation (A/B testing where applicable)
• Ensure campaigns are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities

• Ensure adherence to governance standards, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Manage full campaign lifecycle: build, validation, approvals, and publishing
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across all campaign executions

• Document campaign configurations, processes, and decisions
• Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively

• Experience in campaign management, experimentation platforms, or in-product messaging in a technical or program management role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into executable campaign setups
• High attention to detail and strong quality mindset
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
