Our client is seeking a Workforce Support Technician to deliver high-quality IT support both onsite and remotely. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across a diverse user base.

As a key member of the support team, you will provide frontline technical assistance and ensure a seamless end-user experience across the organization.

  • Deliver onsite IT support through a walk-up Tech Bar
  • Provide remote support using tools such as Bomgar, Zoom, or similar platforms
  • Manage and resolve incidents/requests via Service Now
    , ensuring timely updates and documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues using tools such as Okta Admin, Active Directory, Intune, and Zoom
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams and follow through to resolution
  • Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Assist with setup and teardown of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
  • Provide support for Apple and Dell devices
  • Assist with printing and multifunction printer (MFP) setup and troubleshooting
  • Stay current on IT updates by reviewing knowledge base articles and internal communications
  • Contribute to global IT projects and service rollouts
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage complex technical issues
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    , managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
