• Analyze customer, inventory, and partner data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple apps and customer lifecycle datasets
• Aggregate and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI) to communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and performance tracking models
• Perform trend, cohort, and scenario analysis to support forecasting and planning initiatives
• Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs and recommendations
• Support demand planning insights through structured data analysis
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability
• Present insights with clear storytelling, visualizations, and executive-level summaries

Salary Range: $68,000-$101,000 a year
