Senior Project Manager – Visual Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post‑sales lifecycle, supporting training, professional services, technical support, renewals, retention, expansion, and advocacy with a digital focus.
• Contribute to the implementation of Computer Vision–driven solutions using our software suite.
• Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, from architecture and design to functionality and deployment.
• Engage clients to understand needs, develop tailored strategies, conduct site assessments, and recommend workflow, interface, reporting, testing, and data uploads.
• Ensure go‑live readiness, provide post‑live support, and conduct check‑ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Direct people‑management responsibilities: staffing, performance development, and coaching team members.
• Apply deep technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy and propose solutions beyond established parameters for complex processes.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, lead small low‑risk projects, and communicate performance expectations, including sensitive issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related STEM field with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise‑scale software delivery.
• 3–5 years of experience leading, managing, or delivering AI/ML products, specifically in computer vision, machine learning, or data science.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, data annotation processes, computer vision algorithms, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., NVIDIA accelerated computing).
• Ability to lead a product from concept to launch, including product strategy, competitive analysis, and data‑driven roadmap creation.
• Minimum age 18, legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Experience documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Pay range $104,000–$156,000 with geographic differential of 110%–130% in certain areas.
