Seeking an

** M365 Hands-On Architect
** for direct employment with our growing team. This
role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with an emphasis on GCC environments,
tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.

+ Leadtenant-to-tenant migrations.

+ Support and implement solutions in  
** M365*
* ** GCC environments** .

+ Deliver Share Point  Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, Power Platform).

+ Provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughoutprojects.

** Required Skills*
* + 7+years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.

+ Background with GCC or GCC High.

+ Proven experience with T2T migrations.

+ Share Point Online  migration and customization familiarity.

+ Power Platform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally)

+ SolidM
365 identity, security, and Power Shell skills.

** Preferred*
* + Microsoft certifications(MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.).

+ Consultingexperience.
