Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Compliance department supporting the successful implementation and integration of a cutting-edge risk assessment AI tool within the broader GRC ecosystem. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to innovation and excellence.

What's the Job?

• Drive the day-to-day execution of GRC system implementation and integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to gather and refine business and system requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories to ensure project clarity and success.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks utilizing tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects.
• Proven ability to quickly understand and translate business processes into actionable requirements.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, and legal departments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project, along with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
