In this role, you will work closely with product managers, program managers, software engineers, and operations stakeholders to improve associate experience, drive cognitive load reduction and improve associate engagement with product innovations. You will deliver product solutions to improve associate sentiment across return centers. You will be an expert in linking human computer interaction and will channel the voice of the associates in improving our grading tools.

Key job responsibilities

* Establish partnerships with hardware teams to develop integration needs

* Define clear metrics and KPIs for tool performance, ensuring these indicators reflect the effectiveness of new features and overall tool utility

* Construct a robust analytics framework that delivers actionable insights into tool performance and Associate behavior, enabling data-driven enhancements

* Develop a charter aimed at standardizing tool experience across regions

* Implement a framework for collaboration with regional stakeholders to address unique use cases that impact our tools, users, and customers, ensuring global initiatives accommodate local requirements while maintaining a cohesive strategy

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

* Experience with end to end product delivery

* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

* Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

* Master's degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
