Roles & Responsibilities:
• Receive, acknowledge, and log incoming RFAs in Fast Track tooling (FTOP / CRM).
• Ensure the request is captured correctly with complete customer, tenant, workload, and contact details.
• Validate customer eligibility for Fast Track benefits as per the defined guidelines
• Assess whether the requested support is in scope for Fast Track
• Triage RFAs using defined Fast Track rules accurately
• Maintain 100% data hygiene in Fast Track systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
