Field Service Solution Engineer
As a Field Service Solution Engineer, you will present innovative Salesforce solutions that advance the field service management market. You will collaborate across the sales organization to develop transformational visions using Salesforce technology, address technical objections, and deliver tailored solutions for customers.
Responsibilities- Promote Salesforce Field Service and Salesforce Scheduler value propositions to customers, including C‑level executives and IT, and field teams.
- Evaluate business operations and conduct technology impact assessments.
- Present comprehensive findings, including pain points, proposed solutions, and ROI analysis.
- Contribute to the development of technical sales strategies.
- Configure and demonstrate innovative solutions that reflect each customer’s unique business requirements through customized presentations.
- Analyze and recommend optimal solution architectures.
- Partner with Field Sales teams, Account Executives, and Product Management to deliver appropriate solutions while establishing credibility and trust with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Demonstrated experience as a solution engineer or sales engineer, preferably within the field service management technology sector.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Base salary range for this position is $113,330 - $210,910 annually, with variations based on location. Additional compensation may include bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits.
