GTM Process & Systems Analyst

About the role

This role is responsible for improving how Nintex’s GTM teams operate by translating business needs into scalable processes and system solutions. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and ensure our core systems (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) support efficient and predictable revenue execution. This role reports to the VP of Rev Ops and will have a strong dotted-line relationship to the Senior GTM Process & Systems Analyst, who will provide day‑to‑day direction, prioritization support, process/system guidance, and oversight across key GTM systems initiatives.

• Document and standardize core GTM processes (lead to opportunity to order to renewal)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
• Drive consistency across regions while accommodating necessary local variations

• Translate business requirements into system changes (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations)
• Partner with IT to prioritize and deliver enhancements
• Ensure alignment between business intent and system behavior

• Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and CPQ (Conga or equivalent)
• Help reduce system complexity (fields, workflows, page layouts)
• Validate system changes through UAT and ensure readiness for release

• Improve data accuracy and completeness (accounts, opportunities, hierarchy)
• Support enforcement of key data standards and definitions
• Partner with BI to ensure reporting aligns with business definitions

• Support rollout of new processes and system changes
• Create clear documentation and training materials
• Partner with Enablement to drive adoption and reduce manual workarounds

• Support cross-functional initiatives (forecasting, territory planning, comp changes)
• Help troubleshoot process/system issues impacting the field
• Act as a point of contact for GTM teams on systems/process questions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems
• Experience working with Salesforce (required)
• Experience with CPQ systems (Conga preferred)
• Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and IT teams

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 72, USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority.
