IT Project Manager

This role requires experience in designing and implementing authentication solutions for mobile applications, as well as delivering contextual onboarding and home screen experiences. The candidate should have hands-on expertise with AEM and MoEngage (MoE) tools, and a proven track record of supporting large-scale mobile apps with millions of daily active users.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management
- Drive improvements in development practices, including team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance to enhance efficiency
- Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements
- Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a computer programming related field (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment (Required)
- Less than 2 years of experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more (Required)

- Agile Methodologies:
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and related tools - Technical Writing:
Strong requirements elicitation and the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences - Agile:
Knowledge of execution across all aspects of an agile development team, from strategy through deployment and support - Agile Project Management:

Experience developing Initiatives, Features and User Stories for Dev Ops teams to ingest - Business Analysis:
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify, analyze and synthesize product use data
(Preferred) Certified Scrum Master (CSM);
Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO);
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Compensation Range:
Overland Park, KS: $146,200 to $197,800
Frisco, TX: $155,100 to $209,900
Bellevue, WA: $177,500 to $240,100
Base Pay Range: $136,600 - $246,300
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
