QA Analyst III

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a QA Analyst III to join their team. As a QA Analyst III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Analyst III

Location:
Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: 50-60/hr

Must-Have Skills
1. SDK testing experience (mobile SDKs).
2. API testing experience
• Ability to validate backend/service integrations and troubleshoot issues via API-level testing.
3. Cloud familiarity: AWS and/or GCP
• Working knowledge of cloud-based applications/infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support testing and debugging.

What's the Job?

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to ensure software quality.
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation and identify potential issues.
• Develop testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, or usability concerns.
• Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report issues to developers.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track the success of fixes and improvements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and bug tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and programming languages such as JavaScript, Linux, or Visual Basic.
