We are seeking an autonomous and highly visible IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary onsite technical expert for our regional office. In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical experience for local employees, driving team productivity and supporting crucial workplace technologies. responsibilities:
- Serve as the sole onsite IT support resource, resolving hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system challenges for employees across all corporate levels.
- Provision, deploy, and manage endpoint assets for Windows and macOS devices while successfully executing employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage local identity access, SaaS applications, and enterprise cloud accounts through tools like Microsoft 365, Okta, and Entra .
- Maintain, test, and troubleshoot workplace collaboration setups, modern conference rooms (such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms), and provide live technical support for high-profile executive presentations and corporate events
Associate degree in a computer-related discipline, or equivalent technical training and professional experience.
3-4 years of experience working within an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk environment-ideally serving as a primary or sole onsite technical resource.
Proven troubleshooting proficiency across both Windows and macOS platforms, mobile devices, and core cloud collaboration suites.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a passionate focus on customer service and executive support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Practical, hands-on experience configuring and maintaining corporate AV hardware, media systems, and smart conference room software.
Familiarity with unified endpoint management tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
Experience navigating fast-paced technology companies or large enterprise environments supporting hundreds of end-users.
