We are hiring Program Managers to support enterprise vulnerability management operations and drive execution across security and engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, Security Operations Program Management, or Infrastructure Program Coordination
• Strong experience managing JIRA-based workflows, issue tracking, and operational program execution
• Proven experience coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, platform, or technical teams
• Strong project / program management skills with experience driving follow-ups, issue resolution, and execution tracking
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, status tracking, and operational metrics
• Strong communication skills with experience managing Slack communications and stakeholder updates
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Good understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, or technical infrastructure programs preferred
• Strong organizational, coordination, and escalation management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage JIRA-based vulnerability remediation pipeline workflows
• Coordinate remediation follow-ups with engineering and technical teams
• Track issue status, blockers, SLAs, and program execution metrics
• Own reporting, dashboards, and operational status communication
• Manage stakeholder communications through Slack, meetings, and status reporting
• Drive program execution to ensure timely closure of remediation activities
• Partner with security and engineering teams to improve workflow efficiency
