Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management Technical Program Management with AEM Experience<

Key Responsibilities < <
Drive cross functional execution across AEM engineering UX QA SRE and business teams<
Plan and manage roadmaps milestones dependencies and risks for AEM initiatives<
Maintain strong technical understanding of AEM Sites Assets components workflows to guide delivery decisions<
Coordinate release planning and environment readiness with SRE teams<
Ensure quality accessibility and compliance requirements are met before production releases<
Provide clear status reporting risk escalation and stakeholder communication<
Define and track program health metrics and drive continuous improvement< <

Required Qualifications < < 5 years of handson experience with AEM cloud<
Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites Assets Sling OSGi and Dispatcher<
Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments<
Proficiency in Java Lightly Sling Models OSGi JCR Maven Git<
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations<
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team<
