What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Content Marketing

Location: Hybrid – Bellevue (3 days per week onsite)

Expected start date to end date: July 2026 – January 2027

Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week

Build and Shape AI-Powered Content Process Enhancement

During the summer, your project will focus on enhancing content governance and lifecycle processes using AI to drive automation, insights, and productivity. This work will span multiple platforms and tools, including Highspot, Adobe Analytics, Wrike, Copilot, and internal AI solutions, giving you exposure to many real-world applications.

  • Investigate and evaluate the use of AI agents to accelerate and optimize current content processes
  • Apply AI-driven analysis to assess existing content performance and gap‑analysis data
  • Use AI tools to help prioritize content lifecycle actions such as refreshes, archiving, and derivative content creation
  • Analyze current tools and workflows to identify opportunities where AI‑enabled tasks can be applied
  • Refresh and improve process documentation, including our Content Center of Excellence, SharePoint site, and newsletter to help evangelize best practices across the team
  • Be a key member and learn from a fun, innovative, and cutting‑edge content team! Your work will bring real impact and efficiency to the team, helping us cut down time to market and improve content performance
  • Work with the rest of our Enterprise Shared Services team, which includes functions such as demand generation, digital marketing, analytics, community and advocacy, and events, giving you exposure to many organizational functions

During the academic year, you’ll build on what you started during the summer.

Content Process Support & Operations
  • Continue auditing, managing, and improving content lifecycle processes using new tools and insights developed during the summer
  • Support ongoing optimization initiatives across platforms
Internal Knowledge & Process Improvement
  • Help redesign and enhance the Content Team SharePoint site
  • Update and maintain documentation, guidelines, and process materials you helped refine
  • Improve discoverability and usability of internal content resources
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Education:

    currently enrolled or recent graduate in marketing, communications, information systems, or a related field
  • Eligibility:
    Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, JD, or PhD program
  • Experience with AI tools and desire to learn more
  • Organized with stellar project management skills, creative and design‑minded, thoughtful communicator, and resourceful
  • Experience with MSFT Office, SharePoint, etc.;
    Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
