Role Overview :
The SAP Concur Senior Digital Advisory Lead is a high-impact, field-facing role responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows and digital engagement systems that materially improve sales productivity and customer impact.
Building on the foundation of the Digital Advisor role-focused on digital asset management, value storytelling, and scalable engagement
-this role extends into end-to-end ownership of AI-enabled, agent-driven solutions that transform how the SAP Concur sales field operates.
The role focuses on identifying high-friction, high-volume manual workflows and replacing them with intelligent, automated, and scalable digital solutions. These solutions combine AI, video, content, and workflow orchestration to accelerate deal cycles, enhance customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate operates as a force multiplier for the field, delivering outcomes equivalent to scaled team capacity through the effective use of agents, automation, and digital modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic Workflow Design & Deployment
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic workflows: problem identification, design, build, deployment, and iteration
* Identify high-impact sales workflows suitable for automation (e.g., executive briefings, deal preparation, customer communication)
* Design and deploy AI/agent-driven systems that reduce manual effort and accelerate seller productivity
* Drive rapid prototyping and "production-first" delivery approaches, ensuring solutions are adopted quickly by the field
Deal Strategy & Customer Engagement:
* Lead creative strategy and planning for critical deals, integrating digital modalities into the customer engagement approach
* Develop high-impact digital experiences (e.g., executive brief videos, interactive assets, tailored digital journeys)
* Translate complex deal narratives into compelling, value-driven customer communications
* Partner directly with sales teams to embed digital innovation into live opportunities
Advanced Content Creation & Storytelling:
* Own the ideation, creation, and curation of premium digital content, with a strong emphasis on video production and editing
* Develop differentiated storytelling assets beyond templated tools (e.g., advanced video formats, narrative-driven content)
* Ensure content is reusable, scalable, and aligned with value-based selling principles
AI, Automation & Digital
Innovation:
* Leverage AI, agent frameworks, and automation tools to develop scalable solutions
* Apply "vibe coding" or low-code/no-code approaches where appropriate to rapidly prototype and deliver value
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve digital advisory capabilities
* Contribute to the evolution of SAP Concur's digital engagement and automation strategy
Digital Ecosystem & Asset Integration:
* Integrate agentic workflows with existing digital platforms and content hubs (e.g., SharePoint, Highspot)
* Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and discoverable across regions
* Enhance digital asset ecosystems through automation and intelligent content delivery
Performance Measurement & Impact:
* Define and track success metrics including sales productivity gains
* Deal velocity improvement
* Pipeline influence and revenue contribution
* Adoption of agentic workflows and digital tools
* Optimize solutions based on measurable business impact
