• Monitor RF/Cellular and Wi-Fi Calling networks for performance and reliability.
• Execute network parameter changes to optimize performance.

• Clear alarms and investigate bugs impacting network services.
• Provide root cause analysis and resolution for network incidents.

• Perform software upgrades and ensure pre-testing and acceptance testing are completed.
• Lead planning and design activities for new deployments.
• Manage hardware installations and provisioning tasks including SIM management and subscriber updates.

• Conduct MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) daily testing.
• Analyze network traces and troubleshoot performance issues.

• Maintain and support dial-up servers and Net Scout services.
• Build and manage MCN service applications hosted on servers.

• Provide GPS and RF support including Wi-Fi calling.
• Conduct monthly RF walk testing and analysis for MCN and mobile operators.
• Validate RF signals in response to customer complaints regarding mobile operator network performance.
