* This is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA.

** About the job you're considering*
* Experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems, responsible for leading end-to-end testing across the application lifecycle. Proven ability to manage test labs, validate complex integrations, and drive automation initiatives to enhance release quality and speed. Adept at ensuring seamless integration across retail systems including order routing, peripherals, and backend services.

** Your role*
* + Manage and maintain QA lab environments, including configuration of POS devices, cash drawers, PEDs, and scanners

+ Lead end-to-end testing activities across the POS application lifecycle, ensuring high quality releases

+ Perform integration testing to validate seamless interaction between POS and dependent systems

+ Test Order Routing dashboards for functionality, accuracy, and performance under various scenarios

+ Validate integration between Label Printer systems and Order Routing applications

+ Conduct Order Status Board testing to ensure accurate real-time order tracking and display

+ Develop and execute automated regression test scripts to accelerate release cycles and improve test coverage

** Your skills and experience*
* + Expertise in end-to-end testing of POS (Point of Sale) applications across multiple environments

+ Strong hands-on experience with integration testing across distributed systems and services

+ Proficiency in test lab management, including setup of POS devices and peripherals

+

Experience with automation frameworks using Playwright and Cypress for regression testing

+ Solid understanding of retail ecosystem components such as Order Routing, Order Status Board, and Label Printing

+ Strong troubleshooting and validation skills for hardware-software integrations

+ Ability to ensure system performance, data integrity, and seamless application interoperability

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 - $161,544.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to:
Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
