• Experience with design systems and asset libraries.

• Final Design Review:
  Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of design assets to ensure they meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Create visual assets/images for the business requirements
• Produce variants of existing assets according to the business and compliance requirements.
• Design Configuration:
  Create and configure new design elements that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Asset Publishing:
  Publish and maintain approved design assets in shared libraries or repositories for use by the broader design team.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
• Design Consistency:
  Uphold and advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design or visual production role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
