Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA, supporting a growing marketing team within the financial services industry. • Own day-to-day administration, optimization, and performance of marketing automation platforms.
• Build and maintain email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, landing pages, forms, and audience segmentation.
• Manage Salesforce data integrity, campaign tracking, dashboards, reporting, and CRM-related marketing processes.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead flow, customer journeys, campaign performance, and pipeline visibility.
• Develop reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and pipeline performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations through automation, process improvement, data quality initiatives, and platform integrations.

• Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
