Our client is seeking a Service Now GRC Analyst to join their team. As a Service Now GRC Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Compliance department supporting the implementation and management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Responsibilities- Accurately enter, update, and maintain GRC data within Service Now, including controls, risks, policies, and related records
- Analyze GRC data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies and elevate findings appropriately
- Conduct quality assurance checks on GRC records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Support review cycles and approval workflows within Service Now, ensuring records meet quality thresholds
- Collaborate with control testers and the implementation team to ensure data integrity and successful migration activities
- 2+ years of experience with GRC platform administration or implementations, preferably Service Now GRC/IRM
- Proven experience with data entry, validation, and quality control activities in a compliance or risk management environment
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and low tolerance for data inaccuracies
- Familiarity with GRC concepts such as controls, risks, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
