Min 8 to 12 years of IT sw development experience with at least 6 years experience in RPA tools and 3 years in Power Automate

Required Skills

Must have familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate Power Apps Power Pages Dataverse SQL Azure Services

Create technical documentation for solutions processes requirements and best practices

Create custom chatbots using AI Good to have

Create custom business applications using the Power Platform which might involve building both canvas apps and model driven apps in Power Apps

Create data models and connect to various data sources eg Dataverse relational databases SharePoint Lists or MS Excel ensuring data can be used effectively in Power Platform solutions and ad hoc reporting using Power BI

Should have used and able to configure custom connectors

Well versed with Dataverse concepts

Good in configuring APIs

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide valuable data insights

Expert with RPA solutions in building complex business process configuration

Ability to provide insights into an enterprise wide architecture strategy that can meet both current needs but also has the flexibility to scale and adapt to future business requirements

Applies software design theories and principles in researching and designing software interfaces

Must be highly aware of the market trends and can research evaluate alternative technologies Helps plan and decide on enduser training material

Experienced in leading teams and coordinating with fellow stakeholders such as Project Managers Technical Architects RPA Technical leads etc

Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols software security in the SDLC lifecycle

Good at have knowledge on building solution using python scripts

Roles Responsibility

Defines and owns RPA strategy for an enterprise Communicates well with senior client stakeholders

Responsible for designing validating implementing and finalizing solutions

Works with IT BU teams and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements processes and challenges through RPA solution

Provides business case justification for RPA Helps identify potential automation candidates and effective savings

Performs identification of solution options and design and build options and design and build of business solutions

Interfaces with client SMEs on technical matter and is responsible for technical accuracy and deployment of the software application

Performs analysis and design of data models and software specifications

Formulates action plans using established standards procedures and methodologies with cost estimations and resource planning for improving solution delivery

Occasionally travels for vendor conferences meetings or similar activities

Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse RPA projects

Tracks the execution of project deliverables daily and participates in requirements gathering

Establishes scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project

Effectively manages client relationships in order to maintain the vendors reputation and relationship with the client

Establishes and maintains a project communication plan

Defines phase deliverables tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses schedules resources evaluates risks and highlights dependencies

Mentors junior members in the team Collects and analyses project metrics

Should have led at least 2 to 3 mid to large scale RPA implementations

Works with Architects Business Analyst and Developers at a technological and functional level to ensure that the solution meets business needs
