Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B I) initiatives, providing functional and delivery leadership across sourcing, contracting, buying, and invoicing processes. Drive scalable, compliant solutions while managing global stakeholders and multi-stream projects.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle delivery of SAP Ariba B I work streams, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide functional expertise in sourcing, contracting, buying, and invoicing processes, guiding solution design and process optimization.
- Coordinate implementation tasks, align business requirements with system configuration, and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor team members and foster independent problem-solving while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams; communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly.
- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules and source-to-pay processes.
- Experience leading multi-stream Ariba projects with global stakeholders.
- Technical project management skills with ability to plan, track, and execute implementations.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and mentoring capabilities.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, particularly PST.
