• 6+ years total BI reporting experience
• 2+ years of Tableau development experience
• Experience with Tableau Desktop version 9+
• Creative ability to convert business requirements to wireframes/dashboards
• Excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills
• Data warehousing experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling
• Highly motivated self-starter and an evangelist for the product with deep understanding of customer needs
• Strong report/dashboard design experience
• A passionate practitioner of effective data visualization
• Familiarity with best practices around visualization and design
• Interacts with business directors and users
• Must communicate clearly and precisely
• Develops applications in conjunction with users.
• May train and support users so must be proficient in use of the product.
