We are seeking and exceptional product leader to be the single threaded owner and GM for Amazon Key's In Garage Delivery Program. The individual will lead a team of talented product managers and a cross functional team to enable the program's next phase of growth and evolution

This role will be inherently cross-functional - this leader will work closely with engineering, product/program management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, external partners customer service, and executive teams to
1) bring products to market,
2) develop and grow business opportunities, and
3) enhance our existing products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and will have an ability to work independently to deliver results. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities

Manage end to end roadmap, trajectory, business goals and P&L for the program

Own the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

Own the definition, design, development and launch of products that delight customers

Lead Annual planning and quarterly reviews for the program to senior leaders in Amazon and external partners

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision

Work closely and collaboratively with design and product teams from partner organizations

Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

Work closely with software engineering teams to deliver features to market

Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

At Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical problems for our B2C and B2B customers.

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of team management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

- Experience managing P&L

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
