Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in the SAP EPPM ecosystem
- Strong understanding of SAP EPPM functional areas; alternatively, exposure to FICO and/or Funds Management is acceptable
- Solid program management experience with ability to drive delivery outcomes
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and product capabilities across modules
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving business, functional, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and drive execution with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive execution.
- Lead and support program management activities including planning, tracking governance, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with SAP EPPM solutions and delivery outcomes.
- Drive project progress, manage dependencies and ensure milestone adherence across work streams.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, decision‑making and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify risks, manage escalations and ensure continuity of delivery.
- Drive structured communication, status reporting and stakeholder updates.
