AI shopping Evaluation Systems; Technical Co-Founder

im looking for a full-time Technical Co-Founder / Founding AI Evaluation Systems Lead for Shopint.

Shopint is building AI Shopping Decision Intelligence for retail AI agents. We help AI shopping teams turn ambiguous scenarios into clear Intelligence and eval asset , for product-quality review, regression coverage, and launch-readiness decisions.

I’m looking for a senior, tactical technical leader who understands LLM evaluation systems, AI agent evaluation, reliability workflows, or evaluation platform infrastructure — ideally with exposure to shopping, commerce, recommendation systems, or consumer AI products.

This is not a normal engineer role. I’m looking for someone who can help lead the technical and tactical side of the company: shape the product system, define the evaluation workflow, guide technical execution, support pilot/design-partner readiness, and turn our early diagnostic process into a scalable product.

Strong fit:

• Senior-level experience in LLM evaluation, AI agent evaluation, reliability, QA systems, data/eval platforms, or applied AI infrastructure
• Strong product judgment and ability to work with messy real-world AI behavior
• Able to lead technical execution while staying close to customer needs
• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity, fast iteration, and founder-level ownership
• Full-time commitment only
• This is a co-founder-level role, not an advisor, contractor, prompt-engineering, or part-time position.
