Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Helpdesk Technician opportunity.

• Utilize existing and create new internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution
• Maintain Active Directory accounts
• Manage access to internal and external collaboration spaces
• Handle PC lifecycle management inventory, receiving, and tracking fulfil software requests
• Support business travel and provide remote access assistance to company resources
• Support users at Bellevue and Everett locations
• Assist with onboarding as assigned

• Remain calm in stressful situations and think through to find the best outcome
• Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills adequate for the role

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Rate Range: $33–$35 per hour (approved based on location, education, and experience)
