Job Description

- Support end-to-end Global Cloud / Sovereign cloud deployments across Microsoft M365 services ensuring data residency, compliance, and regional service enablement.
- Coordinate service provisioning and rollout execution for services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Protection, and DSP across global regions.
- Support Azure and Bare Metal capacity planning with Microsoft FTE, including compute, storage, quota management, and hardware readiness for regional buildouts.
- Support end-to-end deployment readiness and validation, including compliance checks, migration readiness, service health, and cross-team signoffs.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Azure, Networking, Identity, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service dependency alignment.
- Oversee production GoLive, stabilization, SLA adherence, incident management, and performance optimization for enterprise workloads.
- Design and implement automation, telemetry, and monitoring systems using Kusto, Power BI, Power Shell, and cloud-native tools.
- Build and maintain dependency tracking and capacity dashboards, providing real-time visibility into blockers, risks, and regional readiness.
- Provide executive reporting and program governance, including risk management, scorecards, insights, and continuous improvement for global cloud readiness.
