Overview

Senior Supply Chain Manager, AMZL Long-Term Topology Planning s role leads mid- to long-term topology strategy, site selection, site approval, build plan management, and topology optimization for Amazon delivery station planning. Collaborates across outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, and sales and operations planning. This high-visibility role requires regular interaction with leadership and data-driven decision making, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.

• Own mid- to long-term topology strategy, site selection, and site approval process.
• Manage 3-year forecast build plans and ensure incremental capacity delivery in a CAPEX-optimized manner.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across supply chain functions such as outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, and S&OP.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement, infusing AI in daily repetitive tasks, and driving automation.
• Identify opportunities, influence organizations, and secure support using data and persuasive communication.
• Communicate expectations and requirements effectively with business and technology teams.
• Write data-driven proposals and perform data analysis as needed.
• Apply problem-solving skills to work through challenges independently.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

• 2+ years of process-improvement experience.
• Master s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

The base salary range is listed below. The package includes sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
