Implementation Manager
We are seeking a driven Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to go‑live.
How you will make a differenceThis role drives coordination of implementation activities, manages timelines and deliverables, partners with internal teams and clients to deliver a seamless experience, and mentors team members to strengthen operational excellence.
What you will doClient Implementation Support
- Coordinate and support new client implementations from handoff through go‑live under established processes and timelines.
- Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings, including internal prep calls, kickoff calls, and routine touchpoints.
- Guide clients through implementation steps, ensuring clarity on next actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for implementation‑related questions and follow‑ups.
Project & Timeline Management
- Maintain implementation plans, trackers, and documentation (e.g., Smartsheet, status trackers, implementation folders).
- Monitor implementation milestones and flag risks or delays to senior implementation team members.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and documented appropriately.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of implementation status and changes.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and internal teams to align on client requirements and sold products/services.
- Coordinate participation from internal subject matter experts during implementation calls as needed.
- Ensure accurate handoff and information sharing across teams throughout the implementation process.
Documentation & Process Adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CRM and implementation tools.
- Follow established implementation workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Support process improvement efforts by providing feedback on tools, templates, and client experience.
- AA in related field preferred.
- 1‑3+ years of relevant implementation or project coordination experience.
- 3 years of project management experience with a track record of leading successful projects.
- Experience with workplace tools such as Smartsheet, RFPio, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MS Office Suite, etc.
- Proven ability to work successfully across an organization with multiple business groups.
- Results‑driven, detail oriented, highly organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a diverse workplace.
- Passionate about delighting customers by consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Eager to be part of a fun, collaborative, fast‑paced team.
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $110,000–$124,000, varying with geography, skills, experience, education, and other factors. Performance‑based incentive bonus(es) is available.
