Rivet is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the operational backbone of our internal technology, ensuring rapid response when systems fail and new workstations are spun up. You will own daily IT support tempo, keep teams productive, and uphold network reliability across San Jose or Bellevue.
The role requires 1+ year in help desk or IT support, hands-on Windows 10/11 and macOS, and strong TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
