UST is searching for a Sr SDET who will design, develop, and own the end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases.

• Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
• Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria
• Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions
• Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection
• Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices
• Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
• Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms
• Mentor A1/A2 engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement Automation:

• Strong Hands-on: 3-5 yearsE2E digital flow testing and automation across apps (Mobile, Web, bots).
• Understanding of validation checks (auth, payments, order flow)
• Programming Language:
  Java / C# / Python / Typescript

• Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations SQL knowledge Intermediate: 2-3 years
• Mobile automation:
  Appium (Intermediate: 2-3 years) Gitlab, CI/CD tools

• Test Grid / Tosca automation (Intermediate: 2-3 years)
• Manual Testing
• Expert: 2-4 years
• SQL knowledge for transaction and user flow data
• Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest
• Expert: 2-4 years Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range
: $59,000-$89,000

• Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
