We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support utility industry initiatives in complex, compliance-driven environments. In this role, you will act as the key connection between business stakeholders and software delivery teams, translating operational needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented analyst with strong utilities domain expertise, NERC compliance knowledge, and Azure Dev Ops experience to help deliver high-impact technology solutions.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and system requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Lead requirements elicitation activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, document reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements artifacts, and end-to-end traceability in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Support utility industry projects operating within NERC-compliant environments, ensuring documentation standards and regulatory expectations are met.
• Evaluate business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements that enable efficient design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Partner closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to support successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-off sessions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Support enterprise software development and modernization efforts with strong analytical insight and business process expertise.
